Philadelphia Songwriters Association (PSA). e-mail: [email protected]. Coordinator: Erik Balkey. PSA is a large organization (approx. 300 members) of diversified songwriters. Group meetings are held once a month, usually featuring a guest speaker and a planned topic. Also, PSA hosts separate peer workshops, where groups of six songwriters meet to play their songs and exchange feedback.

This organization, which was founded in 1983, holds monthly meetings which include song reviews, songwriting exercises and discussion of PSA business and projects.
